Yes. All new dogs need to attend a free meet and greet before joining group walks.
This gives us a chance to get to know your dog, understand their needs, and make sure they are a good fit for the group.If you book a walk without completing a meet and greet first, your booking may be cancelled and you’ll be asked to arrange one before your dog joins.

All bookings are made online via the booking calendar - both meet and greet and walk bookings.
You can choose your walk dates, select a pass if needed, and complete your dog’s details as part of the process.

Yes, you can book individual walks depending on availability.
However, most regular clients choose to use a walk pass, which offers better value and makes booking simpler.Remember even for a single walk booking you must have completed a meet and greet but once you’ve done this you don’t need to do it again!

Walk passes allow you to book multiple walks in advance at a reduced rate (you save 5% for a 5 walk pass and 10% for a 10 walk pass).
Once purchased, you can use your pass to book onto any available walks within the validity period.

Walk passes must be used within the set time period from the date of purchase.
For a 5 walk pass you have 56 days after the first booked event to use your passes.
For a 10 walk pass you have 182 days after the first booked event to use your passes.

Frequently Asked Questions - Pickup and drop-off

Collection times will fall within your selected booking window.
Morning walks - your dog will be picked up anytime from 09:00 depending on the route and the dogs in the walk that day. They must be available for pick up from 09:00
Afternoon walks - your dog will be picked up anytime from 13:30 depending on the route and the dogs in the walk that day. They must be available for pick up from 13:30
Routes are carefully planned to ensure all dogs are collected safely and efficiently. -
Your dog will be returned after their walk within the walk booking window.
i.e. for morning walks they will be returned after their walk which could be anytime up to 12:00
for afternoon walks they will be returned after their walk which could be anytime up to 16:30
Please note that if David is unable to access your dog at the agreed time, the walk will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.

Yes. The time slot you book includes collection, the walk itself, and drop-off.
Your dog must be available from the start of the session, and may be out for the full service window, with drop-off any time up to the end of that slot.
Morning slots are 09:00 - 12:00Afternoon slots are 13:30 - 16:30
Walks include collection, a minimum one-hour walk, and return home -
Please make sure your dog is ready and accessible, with:
A collar and/or harness with ID tag (or left clearly at the entrance)
Any leads, coats or equipment needed
Clear access arrangements (e.g. key safe or instructions)

That’s absolutely fine, as long as access arrangements have been agreed in advance.
Many clients provide key safe details or clear entry instructions so their dog can be collected and returned safely.If access is not possible at the agreed time, the walk will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.
Frequently Asked Questions - Cancellations and changes

Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.

If a booking is cancelled at short notice, or your dog is not accessible at the agreed time, the session will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.

If your dog is unwell, they should not attend walks.
Please let David know as soon as possible so he can advise on next steps. -
Walks will go ahead in most weather conditions, with your dog’s safety and comfort always prioritised.
In extreme or unsafe conditions, walks may be adjusted or cancelled.

Yes, and your dog’s safety is always a top priority on every walk.
If anything happens to your dog on a walk then David will let you know immediately if it is urgent and will leave a note or send you an email after the walk if it’s not urgent.

Safety is central to everything we do. This includes:
Small group sizes, with a maximum of six dogs
Collection and transport in a custom-designed van with secure individual crates
Fully insured services
A fully equipped vehicle, including a first aid kit
Constant supervision throughout every walk
Every part of the service is designed to keep dogs safe, comfortable and well cared for.

Yes. Dogs are cleaned using my portable washer and towel dried as needed before being returned home, helping to keep things as clean as possible after muddy walks.
